Rates & Details

  • Two night minimum.
  • We accept checks or cash.
  • Deposits to be paid at booking. Remainder to be paid upon arrival.
  • Checks are to be made out to: Mariport Guest Residence and mailed to Marilyn Hagen, S 751 German Valley Road, Mondovi, WI 54755. A balance due receipt will be mailed to you.
  • 20% Deposits are required. Other arrangements made for short notice bookings, if property is available.
  • Cancellation policy - 20% of reservation.
  • Check in time is 3:00 pm.
  • Check out is 11:00 am.
  • No pets.
  • No smoking on property.
  • Any damage to be paid by renter.
  • Stairs to beach area of property.
  • Pool open May 1 - October 1

 

The only thing we overlook
is Lake Pepin.

You can rent the main house and keep the guest house empty for an additional charge (see rates below).
High Season Rates from May 1 to October 1, including nationally recognized holidays.
