We accept checks or cash.

Deposits to be paid at booking, check to arrive
within one week of registration. Remainder to be
paid 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Residence and mailed to Marilyn Hagen, S 751 German Valley Road, Mondovi, WI
54755. A balance due receipt will be mailed to you.

20% Deposits are required.
Other arrangements made for short notice bookings, if property is
available.

Cancellation policy - 20% of reservation.

Check in time is 3:00 pm.

Check out is 11:00 am.

No pets.

No smoking on property (inside or out).

Any damage to be paid by renter.

Stairs to beach area of property.

Pool open May 15 - October 15, weather and
maintenance permitting.
